Before applying for a Gang, there are rules and regulations that you must read and agree to adhere to. Failure to do so will result in anything from strikes, suspensions or to your Gang.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION-
It is imperative that you roleplay accordingly and adhere to the cooldowns. If your faction or an opposing faction are on a cooldown and they come to your hood, do the right thing and fear for your life. Do not retaliate. Do not respond to Fail RP with Fail RP. Please report it and it will be handled accordingly. If you are killed and robbed from someone on a cooldown gov officials will return the items and the scene will be voided if clips are provided and you did the right thing.
When committing crimes as a faction it is imperative that there are always clips/footage readily available to protect you and your faction from any accusations that could be made against you. All members must consider the crime they are committing as faction evidence in reports are carefully reviewed.

Faction General Rules-
Any group looking to be acknowledged as a gang in the server must have more than 8 active members. There is no maximum member count.
Each member of the gang must register before the gang application. No other civilians can be part of the gang. Gang Leader must be present.
Gang stores are allowed to choose a specific color for their gang. But no civil persons can be harmed in doing so except by gangs. A gang member may wear a specific color armband, headband, headband, or similar to distinguish between gang members and civilians for identification purposes. This attire is/is mandatory for gang activities to differentiate from civilians.
A specific place is reserved for gangs.
Gangs reserve the right to investigate any unauthorized person entering their premises.
Members can participate in an active gang scene (no one other than gang members can join, not even your teammates). Only registered gang members can be a part of a gang war/gang scenario, civilians cannot be a part of it.
Peace treaties can exist between two factions.
Crime RP cannot be done in GREEN ZONES. Failed to flee from crime and enter GREEN ZONES FAIL-RP. If a Situation starts outside and brings Green Zones, you can continue the crime RP. However, it should be realistic. For example, the police bringing a gang to the police station or hospital, etc.
If you are killed, you cannot create a second character as a revenge character. Not every character has IC knowledge of any gang and must find out about them in IC by proper means.
You can only have 1 gang character.
Once a player is respawned/revived they cannot participate in that Situation .
A gang war should not be started to kill the police or the gang. Create a proper Rp to do so 'if you want'.
Gang RP has certain basic rp rules that cannot be framed. You can only learn it through experience. Admins reserve the right to remove a gang member or gang at any time if they repeatedly violate the rules of the server.
Don't be toxic in gang RP. Try to control it yourself, or don't participate in GANG RP.
Gang leaders must lead their gang properly. The gang leader is fully responsible for any mistakes made by the gang. (Both IC and OOC).
GANG WAR RULES.
Before starting a gang war you need to provide high quality gang rp. You can't start a gang war because you're bored.
Abusive language and disrespect will lead to strict action..
All gang members must be in their gang attire (during gang scenarios).
If you kill an entire gang in a Situation, the war ends. You can only start a gang war if the opposing gang rebuffs you. You can't join a gang and attack again for the same reason, even if someone reminds you.
Agreements cannot be made between gangs and a third gang cannot be part of a pre-planned gang war. Only registered gang members can be a part of a gang war, no other civilians can be a part of it.
Only 10 people per gang during gang conflict/war.
COOLDOWN TIME You must have 48 hours to rejoin the same faction for War/Fight.

TURF-TAKEOVER
If any faction wants to fight to take over the Turf, a proper role playing scenario should be created. Ex 1: Both gangs should have a meeting to talk to each other and plan a date and time for the takeover.
Ex 2: An ambush gang should send a warning message to the opposing party that they will come and attack the turf on this date and time.
Defenders of the turf must know that if someone wants to take over they are going to be attacked.
Attackers will be given a maximum of 3 hours to occupy the turf. Failure to do so in time will result in 'Defenders WIN'.
After a Turf unit is attacked, no other faction can attack back for a week. (Cooldown time for taking-over turf - 7 Days IRL)
Only 15 people per gang can apply for a Turf takeover.
