You cannot play copyrighted music Unless you have everyone's permission in the scenario and you cannot play at government places such as Pillbox, PD, etc.
Normal abusive words are allowed in a roleplay. Highly offensive and abusive words are allowed only when there is mutual understanding between parties.
Recording: Players may take pictures with their phones using the emote. They may record using a camera. The camera may pick up audio if the player is in range to hear it (not through walls, glass, etc.)
