🔴Hostage & Captivity

Kidnapping and holding someone captive is ALLOWED. However, there are certain rules to ensure that the scenario plays out well and no one complains, which they shouldn't be in the first please. You MUST have good reasoning to kidnap someone, you CANNOT see a random person, walk up to them and kidnap them for no supposed reason.

DISCLAIMER:

1) You MUST do some sort of /do action to carry the person, you CANNOT just have it as a binded-key, walk up to someone carry them and throw them in the trunk. There MUST be some sort of initiation and conversation before the kidnapping occurs! 2) You CANNOT at any time kidnap an individual with a whitelisted job, including Police Units (PD), and EMS. 3) You CANNOT ransom more than $100k from another person in an RP Scenario! This can only be done one time a day. 4) You CANNOT have "Fake Hostages" during Robberies or Bank Heists!

5) You CANNOT force player you are robbing to empty their bank account or give you their pin number

6) Can only have a hostage for 30 mins max

There are also other things that you CANNOT do such as:

You are NOT allowed to abuse dragging or carrying to keep someone captive. This includes dragging or carrying someone in a manner that doesn’t make any sense such as driving, aiming a weapon, carrying a heavy person without any struggle, etc - This will be considered POWER GAMING and you'll be issued a BAN OR FINE!

Are Not allowed to body dump someone will get jail time/ban

You may kidnap LEOs given there is a major IC motive or heavy RP involved, kidnapping a LEO is a code red situation, and police officers have all the right to shoot you down once they have the hostage in their custody. Police officers are not loot boxes. Stealing items like food, repair kits, lockpicks, etc. will not be tolerated unless absolutely necessary in extreme cases. Stealing weapons, armor, ammo, etc. to carry on the scenario is the only time it is acceptable. Stealing weapons HOWEVER will result in a raid warrant. If you are arrested with a PD weapon, seen with a PD weapon, or can be identified stealing a PD weapon, this will result in a raid. Take them at your own risk.

Fake Hostages using your friends as a hostage for a robbery is not allowed.

You are not allowed to take the downed people, revive them, and take them hostage. Catch alive if you need to! - If a taken hostage dies due to hunger/thirst; it is permissible to revive him and continue the scenario
